UK Delivery only
– We are presently only able to offer delivery to UK Mainland (according to Royal Mail standard UK restrictions, any addresses outside of this may incur additional charges).
– All delivery charges will be displayed at the point of checkout.
– In the future we will offer worldwide and more choice in postage options.
– Please allow up-to 3 working days for your order to be processed.
– We use Royal Mail standard 2nd class postage/parcel options for all our small orders and our own courier for larger orders; once your order has been processed it should arrive in no longer than 3-5 working days.
Store Pick Up
– We allow store pick up from our Portsmouth store (click here for address) – We will not allow pick-up without your order print off.
If your order arrives damaged we are more than happy to refund this or send out a replacement of the same product, please contact us here and attach pictures of the damaged product – we will then reply with advice on how to continue.
If you wish to return any ordered products please get in-touch here – and we will advise.
We cannot except order cancellations once your order has been shipped; to make a cancellation please contact us here.
If the client should refuse these goods on arrival, the client will be responsible for the cost of two-way carriage and any loss of profit incurred in the resale of the merchandise.
We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy, as such these items may be returned to you at your expense. You will be notified of the applicable charges. If you send the item back to us again, or refuse to accept delivery, this will be deemed to be irreversible authority for us to dispose of your goods without further notice. Disposal will not constitute any admission on our part that we have failed in any way to honour our obligations to you in full and will not constitute any unlawful action against the goods.
Refund offers are always made in writing, please allow up-to 2wks for us to credit your account.
Should a order be returned to us undelivered we will inform you of this and request if you would like it to be re-dispatched or not. Items that are re-dispatched are subject to a fee for re-packing and re-delivery.
Items returned undelivered are not subject to a refund.
